1. Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "subscriber") and RMC Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 675 135 618), trading as BoxOne ("we", "us", "our", "BoxOne").

By accessing or using our website at boxone.com.au, creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users. Your continued use of the services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
  • You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing greyhound racing information and wagering content is lawful.
  • By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Accounts are for individual use only. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.

3. Description of services

BoxOne provides AI-powered greyhound racing intelligence for the Australian market, including:

3.1 Free services (no account required)

  • Daily greyhound racing fields for all Australian meetings
  • Speed maps and leader predictions
  • Track statistics and form guides
  • Educational articles and guides

3.2 BoxOne Pro (paid subscription)

  • Five (5) daily GPFR (Greyhound Performance Factor Ranking) value picks delivered by email
  • Best Bet of the day with analysis
  • Full access to pro-exclusive content on boxone.com.au
  • Access to the complete GPFR rankings and z-score data

The specific features included in each tier may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material reduction in features to active subscribers.

4. Free trial

4.1 Trial period

We may offer a free trial of BoxOne Pro for a period of three (3) calendar days ("Trial Period"). The Trial Period begins at the time of sign-up and expires exactly 72 hours later.

4.2 Trial eligibility

  • Free trials are limited to one (1) per person, per email address, per household.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a trial to any person who has previously held a trial or paid subscription with BoxOne, regardless of the email address used.
  • Abusing the trial system (including creating multiple accounts) may result in immediate termination and a permanent ban from our services.

4.3 Payment method required

You must provide a valid payment method (credit card or debit card) to start a free trial. Your card will be validated with a temporary authorisation hold which is immediately released. You will not be charged during the Trial Period.

4.4 Automatic conversion

At the end of the 3-day Trial Period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription at the then-current price (currently AUD $480 per year) unless you cancel before the Trial Period ends.

You may cancel at any time during the Trial Period at no cost by:

  • Contacting us at support@boxone.com.au
  • Managing your subscription through the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your account)

If you cancel during the Trial Period, you will retain access until the Trial Period expires, after which access to Pro features will cease and no charge will be made.

4.5 No obligation

The free trial is genuinely no-obligation. If you do not wish to continue, simply cancel before the trial expires and you will not be charged. We will send you a reminder email before your trial converts to a paid subscription.

5. Subscription and pricing

5.1 Subscription term

BoxOne Pro is offered as an annual subscription. The current price is AUD $480 per year (equivalent to approximately $1.31 per day). Prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

5.2 Payment processing

  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store your full credit card number, CVV or other sensitive payment details on our servers.
  • Payments may appear on your bank or card statement as "THESTREAK" or "RMC Holdings".
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and other payment methods supported by Stripe in Australia.

5.3 Billing cycle

Your subscription renews automatically every 12 months from the date your paid subscription commenced (or from the date your trial converted to a paid subscription). You will be charged the then-current annual price at each renewal.

5.4 Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice to active subscribers before the new price takes effect at your next renewal date. You may cancel before the new price applies.

5.5 Failed payments

If a payment fails (e.g. insufficient funds, expired card), we may retry the charge up to three (3) times over a 7-day period. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended and access to Pro features will be revoked. You may reactivate by updating your payment method.

5.6 Split payments

In certain cases, we may offer the ability to pay the annual subscription in instalments (e.g. two payments of AUD $240). Where split payments are offered, all instalments must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Failure to complete all instalments may result in suspension of access.

6. Cancellation and refunds

6.1 Cancellation by you

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@boxone.com.au or through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will revert to free-tier access at the end of the billing period.

6.2 Refund policy

  • Trial cancellation: If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, no charge is made and no refund is necessary.
  • Within 14 days of first payment: If you are unsatisfied with BoxOne Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Contact support@boxone.com.au.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are not available after the 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel to prevent future renewal, but the current period will not be refunded.
  • Renewals: If an automatic renewal charge is made and you did not intend to renew, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

These refund terms are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6.3 Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and subscription at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct
  • You share your account credentials or allow unauthorised access
  • You reverse or dispute a legitimate charge (chargeback fraud)
  • We are required to do so by law

If we terminate your account for cause, you are not entitled to a refund. If we terminate for reasons unrelated to your conduct (e.g. discontinuation of service), we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, resell or republish any Pro content, including daily picks, best bets, GPFR rankings or analysis, whether by email forwarding, screenshots, social media or any other means
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from our website beyond what is publicly accessible and permitted by our robots.txt
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the underlying algorithms, models or data of our GPFR system or any other proprietary technology
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, trial limits or other restrictions
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with, disrupt or overload our servers, networks or infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use our content to provide a competing tipping, advisory or information service

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without refund.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 Our content

All content on boxone.com.au — including text, data, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, GPFR model outputs, speed maps, articles, guides and all other materials — is the property of RMC Holdings Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute or publicly display our content
  • Modify, adapt or create derivative works from our content
  • Use our content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party
  • Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices

8.3 Trademarks

"BoxOne", the BoxOne logo, "GPFR" and related marks are trademarks of RMC Holdings Pty Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No guaranteed outcomes

BoxOne is an information and data analytics service. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from wagering. Past performance of our models, picks or selections does not guarantee future results. Greyhound racing involves inherent uncertainty and all forms of wagering carry risk of financial loss.

9.2 Not financial or wagering advice

Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes personal financial advice, wagering advice or a recommendation to place any particular bet. Our picks and analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for your wagering decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

9.3 Data accuracy

While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information on our platform, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or currency of any data, statistics, odds, form data or other information. Data is sourced from Greyhound Racing Australia and other third-party providers and may contain errors, omissions or delays.

9.4 Service availability

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our website or email services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time for maintenance, upgrades or other reasons without liability.

9.5 AI and model outputs

Our GPFR model and other analytical tools use artificial intelligence, machine learning and statistical methods. These models are probabilistic in nature and their outputs should not be treated as certainties. Model performance can vary based on data quality, market conditions, scratchings and other factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

  • RMC Holdings Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses arising from wagering decisions made in reliance on our content, picks, selections or analysis.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RMC Holdings Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your wagering activities or gambling losses
  • Any content you submit or transmit through our services

12. Responsible gambling

BoxOne is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Set a budget before you bet and stick to it
  • Never bet more than you can afford to lose
  • Never chase losses
  • Take regular breaks from gambling
  • Seek help if gambling is affecting your wellbeing

BoxOne is not a wagering operator. We do not accept bets, hold funds or facilitate transactions with bookmakers. We provide information and analysis only.

13. Third-party services

Our services integrate with or link to third-party services including Stripe, Telegram, wagering operators and racing authorities. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

14. Email communications

14.1 Transactional emails

By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to receive transactional emails including: subscription confirmations, payment receipts, trial expiry notices, password resets and service announcements. These emails are necessary for the operation of our services and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

14.2 Daily picks emails

Active Pro subscribers will receive daily picks emails when selections are available. These are a core feature of the subscription and are sent automatically. If you do not wish to receive them, you may cancel your subscription.

14.3 Marketing communications

We may occasionally send promotional or product update emails. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional or subscription-related emails.

15. Dispute resolution

15.1 Informal resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us first at support@boxone.com.au. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within 14 days.

15.2 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts of appeal therefrom.

15.3 Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.

16. General provisions

16.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and BoxOne regarding your use of our services.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

16.5 Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, power failures, government actions, or third-party service failures.
